Refund policy

At What’s HAPPENIN’, all products are created print-on-demand through a third-party fulfillment partner. Because each item is made specifically for the customer, please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

RETURNS

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns are not accepted for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Color, style, or fit preference
  • Normal wear and tear

Returns are only considered if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Refunds are not guaranteed.

In the event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

To request a resolution, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue and original packaging

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Limited-edition releases
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Digital products or downloads

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun. Please verify all order details before checkout.


CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers agree to contact What’s HAPPENIN’ before filing any chargeback or payment dispute.

Chargebacks submitted without prior communication may result in:

  • Order cancellation
  • Account restriction
  • Denial of future purchases
