All apparel and merchandise sold on this website are print-on-demand and fulfilled through our production partner Printify. Each item is created specifically for you once an order is placed.
ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME
All orders require production time before shipment.
- Production time: typically 2–7 business days
- Production time does not include shipping transit time
- Timelines may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or limited drops
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Item type and weight
- Shipping destination
- Carrier rates provided through Printify and Shopify
We use standard shipping rates offered by our fulfillment partners. Expedited shipping may be available at checkout depending on the product and location.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
After production, orders ship via USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on destination and availability.
Estimated transit times (after production):
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs)

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders may be subject to:
- Customs processing delays
- Import duties, taxes, or fees
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
- Packages returned due to address errors
Additional reshipping fees may apply.
LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, What’s HAPPENIN’ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your order is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
